Account Deletion Request

What gets deleted

When you submit this form and verify your OTP, we delete the following from your account:

• Your name and profile information
• Your phone number
• Your matrimony profile, preferences, and interaction history (for matrimony apps)
• Your saved content, bookmarks, and in-app activity

What is retained, and why

Content you have publicly published on the app (e.g. posts, comments) is not deleted, in line with our content policy and to preserve the integrity of public discussions.

Account identifiers are retained for 180 days as required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 – Part II, 3. (1) (h), published by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India.

After this 180-day retention period, all retained personal information is permanently deleted from our platform.
